- Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate student information and ensuring the student follows class rules.
- By enrolling a child, the parent/guardian confirms they have the legal authority to do so.
2) Enrollment & Class Access
- Enrollment is confirmed when required registration information is submitted and (where applicable) fees are paid.
- Class access links (Zoom/Meet/LMS details) are shared only with enrolled students/parents/guardians.
- Sharing class links, materials, or recordings with non-enrolled individuals is not allowed.
3) Fees, Payments & Billing (If Applicable)
- Fees (monthly/term-based/course-based) must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until dues are cleared.

Refund Policy (General):
- Registration or admission fees (if any) are typically non-refundable.
- Monthly/term fees may be refundable only under conditions stated at the time of payment.

(You can customize this section to match your exact fee/refund rules.)
4) Rescheduling, Absences & Make-Up Classes
- If a student misses a class, we may (based on availability) provide guidance for catch-up, recordings, or make-up support.
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the plan.
- Schedule changes due to teacher availability, public holidays, or emergencies may happen; we will inform you as early as possible.
